About
Helping professional women navigate leadership, career growth & change with greater clarity, confidence & intention
Success can evolve. And sometimes, we need to evolve with it.
Many of the women I work with have already built successful careers. They’re capable, ambitious and accustomed to delivering. But they’ve reached a point where something about the way they’re working, leading or living no longer feels quite right.
Maybe they’re stepping into leadership and discovering that the strengths that got them here aren’t enough on their own for what comes next.
Maybe a setback, or difficult workplace dynamic, has left them questioning themselves and their direction.
Maybe they’re still succeeding by every conventional measure, but the way they’re doing it has become exhausting, unsustainable or simply no longer reflects what matters to them.
Or maybe they are simply entering a new phase in life with new priorities, energy levels, or goals that no longer fit with the life they have built for themselves.
Often, we operate from patterns and assumptions we’ve accumulated over years: about what success looks like, what a good leader does, what other people expect of us, or who we need to be in order to belong and succeed. Some have served us exceptionally well. Others may have quietly stopped serving us at all.
Coaching creates the space to step out of autopilot and look at those patterns with curiosity and clarity.
My role isn’t to hand you a new playbook. It’s to help you understand yourself more deeply: what drives you, what matters to you now, what you want to carry forward, and what you may be ready to question or even let go.
Before becoming a coach, I spent around 15 years in leadership roles across international technology businesses, leading teams and leaders across markets and through periods of growth and change. That experience means I understand many of the environments my clients are navigating. But coaching with me isn’t about following someone else’s formula for success.
It’s about developing the clarity, confidence and agency to define success for yourself and grow into a version of it that feels genuinely your own.

What clients say
“If you get the chance to work with Kelly, take it. In your mid-40s, it’s easy to feel stuck and play smaller than you should. Working with Kelly as my coach was a turning point. She holds up a mirror to your strengths, gives you the courage to back yourself without apology, and cuts through self-doubt with zero fluff. With Kelly, I took back control of my career and landed a fantastic, senior role reflecting my experience. To anyone wondering if it’s too late for a bold leap: invest in Kelly.”
“Before working with Kelly I felt stuck and unsure of what to do next in my career. Within a few weeks she helped me set clear goals and build a process for actually achieving them. 2 months later I landed a new job that lined up perfectly with what I wanted, but also was the right move for my family. As a parent of two young kids, it mattered that I wasn’t just chasing a career move but making the right choice for my family too.”
